Tender description

Wakefield Council is looking to procure district wide clinical and non-clinical sexual health services. The proposed model offers a comprehensive and flexible response to emerging trends in sexual health, in the context of an uncertain and potentially different way of delivering and accessing services longer term. A greater emphasis on digital services within the clinical service offer wider access opportunities and address some of the current capacity and demand challenges. The contract will be be split into two lots and it is anticipated that the new contracts will commence on 1.10.2021, initially for a period of 5 years with the option to extend up to a further 5 years. It is possible that TUPE might apply.
