It is the Association’s intention to enter into a contract with a single contractor to deliver the provision of the replacement and modernisation of lifts as detailed in the attached specifications: - Dewar Lift Reference: R0100028829 – Langlands Court HAWICK - Dewar Lift Reference: R0100028829 – Hanover Court INVERURIE -Dewar Lift Reference: R0100028829 – William Turner Court LOCHARBRIGGS SCOPE OF THE STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS Introduction 1. It is the Association’s intention to enter into a contract with a single contractor to deliver the provision of the replacement and modernisation of lifts as detailed in the attached specification: - Dewar Lift Reference: R0100028829 – Langlands Court HAWICK - Dewar Lift Reference: R0100028829 – Hanover Court INVERURIE - Dewar Lift Reference: R0100028829 – William Turner Court LOCHARBRIGGS 2. The types of properties Managed by the Association include rented sheltered housing, owner occupied sheltered housing (common and Manager dwellings / offices only) amenity and General Needs housing. 3. Key criteria to note are: - Contractors must be active members of LEIA - Contractors must be active members of CONSTRUCTIONLINE 4. The contract will be awarded as one LOT. 5. Quality audits will be undertaken by the Associations representatives during the works and throughout the warranty period and the Association would expect the successful tenderer to have their own quality assessment processes. 6. The successful tenderer will be expected to provide a programme of works to ensure that the project can be delivered within each financial year as stated in the specification document. 8. Each development must have a cost provided on the attached Form of Tender document for budget and finance allocation.
