The dismantling and removing of existing cast iron guttering. The refurbishment of the guttering in a specialist workshop. The refurbishment of the downpipes in-situ at the school. The re-erection of the gutters and their full painting as necessary. Incidental repairs and making good to building components at gutter level together with general roof repairs and necessary access scaffolding.
