Cuan Mhuire propose to engage a Building Conservation Accredited Surveyor (BCAS accredited by the SCSI and RICS) led design team to procure design and construction services for the proposed refurbishment of the existing 1st Floor Courtyard Building at Bruree, Co. Limerick. The following roles are required on the project, • Conservation Architect (accredited by the SCSI and RICS) • Architectural design. • Structural, and Civil. • Mechanical and Electrical design. • Quantity Surveying and contract administration. • Project Management. • Assigned Certifier. • Design Certifier. • Sign off & Certificates of Compliance regarding Planning and Building Regs. • PSDP. The proposed works are to the 1st floor of the existing Courtyard building at Bruree House consisting of as follows, • first floor internal alterations consisting of new bedroom and bathroom layouts. Bruree House is listed as a Protected Structure in the Limerick County Development plan R.P.S Ref. No. B39(3) & is also listed on the N.I.A.H ref. No. 21804006
