Why the Work is Being Done We are looking for an agency specialising in providing content authoring services to help us create engaging visual and written content (documents, presentations, etc) for use with internal and external stakeholders. Work will be allocated on a per ‘article’ basis with the agency allocating the appropriate skilled resource to deliver to agreed timescales based on the. All content will be technical in nature with a focus on engaging with business stakeholders. The answer may be words, but it may also be pictures, diagrams, infographics, charts etc., and includes: technical documentation; event materials; case studies; podcasts; ghost writing. Problem to Be Solved We are looking for an agency specialising in providing content authoring services to help us create engaging visual and written content (documents, presentations, etc) for use with internal and external stakeholders. Who Are the Users As a member of the strategy team I need help in creating good quality technical documentation, presentations so that staff can use them to support effective communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a consistent narrative that aligns our technical strategy. As a senior manager I need help in ghost writing internal and external pieces so that I support our strategic narrative and engage effectively with stakeholders Early Market Engagement N/A Work Already Done The Strategy Team in Digital Services and Technology is responsible for driving the organisation’s technical and digital direction. We launched an ambitious strategy in Summer 2019 and continue to evolve and grow our ambitions and delivery to meet the organisational and wider government objectives. The team is currently made up of a strategy lead, two strategy delivery managers, who work to help shape the strategic direction of the business, and an engagement lead. The team works collaboratively across the directorate and wider business, with dedicated devolved team members in our business support team and project management office. Existing Team The Strategy Team in Digital Services and Technology is responsible for driving the organisation’s technical and digital direction. Current Phase Live Work Location This work can be carried out remotely. Working Arrangments Adhoc service requirements called off, as and when required. It is anticipated that it could be 3 times a month.
