This competition is being conducted by Beaumont Hospital on behalf of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. This competition will give rise to the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator who will develop and operate a professional and branded retail unit on a commercial basis at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. A key objective for service delivery is the design and construction of a modern and appealing food service outlet, taking the form of a visually-appealing and modern retail space, ideally incorporating recognisable brand or brands. This process is being conducted using the single-stage negotiated procedure, as explained in the issued Invitation to Tender document.
