Anglian Water prior to moving an account to the supplier will send out a letter to the customer to advise them that the account will be moving to High Court Enforcement. The supplier will be required on receipt of an account to confirm residency, those who are unable to confirm residency or provide a new address should be returned to Anglian Water and closed. The supplier will required to issue a letter of assignment on accounts prior to any accounts being transferred up. At all times suppliers ensure that affordability and vulnerable customer identification processes are in line with Anglian Water's.
