Tender description

This project involves the installation of a new water distribution system up to and within each building that requires a water service. The final connection will be to the existing internal building pipework. The new network includes fire hydrants, a wash out hydrant, sluice valves and air valves. This project includes connecting the proposed watermains to live watermains. The current water network to be replaced shall be decommissioned and abandoned. The old fire hydrants, sluice valves and air valves shall be decommissioned and marker plates removed. In addition to the water network, telecommunications ducting shall also be installed, with the installation of the telecommunications services outside the scope of this project.
