The service is to allow payment transactions to Manchester City Council to be made by customers using a barcoded bill or payment card at Post Office Counters (and other outlets). The service will allow the Council’s customers to make a range of different payments to the Council at unspecified Post Offices (and other outlets) throughout the UK free of charge using barcoded bills which are encoded with specific customer and Council data.
