Tender description

We are transforming the way we deliver our programmes and services to children and young people. As part of our service offering to our young people, we are providing access to our virtual learning environment. The VLE allows children and young people to work with and be in contact with our staff, mentors, volunteers and each other. User generated content (UGC) will provide a rich experience for children and young people engaging on the platform. Content can be uploaded, viewed, posted and shared and acts as a valuable component of the experience we provide in the delivery of our online services and programmes. However, we fully recognise that contact between these parties and sharing of UGC will, without effective controls, introduce significant safeguarding risks to children and young people and other users of the platform.
