Tender description

Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced suppliers of quarry and bitmac product surfacing contractors who will be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor works throughout the Council’s estate. This contract will be for the period of 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2023 (with the option to extend for 2 separate 12-month periods up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance, i.e. up to December 2025). These properties will be located primarily within the Mid Ulster Council area.
