The Contracting Authority proposes establishment Single Party Framework for the Provision of Document Management Solutions with an initial contract for the software application to electronically manage and distribute documents for Board, Committee, Advisory Group, Management and other meetings in a secure manner. Initial Contract SCOPE OF REQUIREMENTS Bus Eireann is seeking a software application to electronically manage and distribute documents for Board, Committee, Advisory Group, Management and other meetings in a secure manner. We also would like the option of Board minutes. We expect at a minimum that the system should feature the following elements: • Cloud based, hosted and supported • Accessible via any device at any time • Easy to use with minimum training required • Multilevel permissions. • Enhanced Security features • Remote locking and wiping of the application if a device is lost or stolen • Prompt user password to change password on login on date password expiration • The ability to enable/disable printing of PDF versions of the board papers
