APB require servicing to a variety of makes of vehicles and need to have availability of both genuine parts if required or equivalent. ABP require an annual full service (incl. MOT where applicable) for all vehicles, plus minibuses and reception pool cars must have a 4-monthly inspection. Availability for breakdowns — the supplier must be able to assist within 2 hours roadside so must offer a call-out service. Plus the supplier must have the ability to collect and deliver vehicles if necessary.
