Accompanying Pre-Qualification Questionnaire has full details but below sets out a Summary of Requirements: • Actively engage with An Post Mobile and advise on selecting/securing best option range to match An Post Mobile requirements. • Sourcing of relevant handset range as required by An Post Mobile. • Securing best price on all devices on behalf of An Post Mobile. • Full supply chain management of all stock, including SIMs and any additional accessories and devices as required by An Post Mobile. • Virtual warehousing and logistics. • Full reverse logistics. • An approved managed repair service for phones and accessories etc. to include manufacturer’s warranty period and post warranty period. • Full reporting of all stock holding/despatch/scheduling. • Configuration of devices (if required by An Post Mobile). • Packaging, assembly and despatch of units as required by An Post Mobile. • Ad hoc sourcing of handsets and/or accessories as required by An Post Mobile.
