Tender description

The proposed project will consist of residential developments on two different sites, totalling 26 no. dwelling units. The successful tenderer will be awarded both projects under separate contracts. Site No. 1 - CLIONA PARK PHASE 3: Housing at Cliona Park, Moyross, Limerick comprising 18 no. two/three storey dwelling units including; 5 no. 3 bedroom units, 9 no. 2 bedroom units and 4 no. 1 bedroom units, adjustments to roads and construction of new surface water pumping station and attenuation tank. Site No. 2 - SHEEP STREET: Housing at the junction of Meatmarket Lane, Sheep Street and Athlunkard Street, Limerick comprising 8 no. units in a three storey apartment block including; 6 no. 3 bedroom apartments/duplexes and 2 no. 2 bedroom apartments, works to boundaries, balconies, footpaths/road works, and front and rear landscaping.
