Site No. 1 - CLIONA PARK PHASE 3: Housing at Cliona Park, Moyross, Limerick comprising 18 no. two/three storey dwelling units including; 5 no. 3 bedroom units, 9 no. 2 bedroom units and 4 no. 1 bedroom units, adjustments to roads and construction of new surface water pumping station and attenuation tank. Site No. 2 - SHEEP STREET: Housing at the junction of Meatmarket Lane, Sheep Street and Athlunkard Street, Limerick comprising 8 no. units in a three storey apartment block including; 6 no. 3 bedroom apartments/duplexes and 2 no. 2 bedroom apartments, works to boundaries, balconies, footpaths/road works, and front and rear landscaping.
