Tender description

Trewern Outdoor Education Centre is a residential field centre for students from the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. It is located on Church Road, Cusop, Hay on Wye, Herefordshire, HR3 5RF in a rural location. The scheme involves the demolition of an existing detached single storey teaching block followed by the construction of a new detached single storey accommodation block on the same site. The new building comprises of the following accommodation:- - Multi-use area; - Kitchen; - 1No staff bedroom with en-suite; - 3No student bedrooms; - Disabled WC/Shower; - WC; - Shower; - Cleaner's Store/Plant; - Porch.
