Trewern Outdoor Education Centre is a residential field centre for students from the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. It is located on Church Road, Cusop, Hay on Wye, Herefordshire, HR3 5RF in a rural location. The scheme involves the demolition of an existing detached single storey teaching block followed by the construction of a new detached single storey accommodation block on the same site. The new building comprises of the following accommodation:- • Multi-use area; • Kitchen; • 1No staff bedroom with en-suite; • 3No student bedrooms; • Disabled WC/Shower; • WC; • Shower; • Cleaner’s Store/Plant; • Porch. The gross internal area of the proposed building is 136m².
