Accompanying pre-qualification questionnaire has full details but below sets out a summary of requirements: • actively engage with An Post Mobile and advise on selecting/securing best option range to match An Post Mobile requirements; • sourcing of relevant handset range as required by An Post Mobile; • securing best price on all devices on behalf of An Post Mobile; • full supply chain management of all stock, including SIMs and any additional accessories and devices as required by An Post Mobile; • virtual warehousing and logistics; • full reverse logistics; • an approved managed repair service for phones and accessories etc. to include manufacturer’s warranty period and post warranty period; • full reporting of all stock holding/despatch/scheduling; • configuration of devices (if required by An Post Mobile); • packaging, assembly and despatch of units as required by An Post Mobile; • ad-hoc sourcing of handsets and/or accessories as required by An Post Mobile.
