Tender description

Demolition of prefabricated units, internal alterations to existing building and construction of new single storey extension(s) to three separate areas of existing special needs school, totalling 781m2 with maximum height of 6.8m, with both flat and double-pitched roofs. Together with a new 4.9m high canopy to the front entrance of the school, curtilage paving and pedestrian access ramps, 13 additional and 5 relocated car parking spaces (on campus), new low raising retaining walls, alteration/diversions to existing services and providing new and/or resurfacing existing traffic circulatory route and reshaping of existing driveway to campus to provide for two way trafficular flow and all other associated site works.
