Tender description

The works relate to the Public Realm element of the phased redevelopment of the Island of Geese site in Tralee town centre. The contractor will be responsible for amongst other items within the drawings and specifications the following non exhaustive list of items: • Traffic Management • Protection and modification of services • Site clearance • Demolition of buildings, boundary walls and site hoarding • Provision of fencing and guardrails • Installation of drainage and ducting and associated chambers • Excavation and disposal of unacceptable material and hard material • Topsoiling and landscaping • Pavement and footway construction • Cutting pattern drawing production • Stone pavement placement • Street furniture and hard landscaping • Traffic signs, road markings and traffic signals • Chimney underpinning • Boundary treatments • Installation of water mains
