Installation of fitted kitchens

Tender description

Midland Heart is seeking three contractors to deliver kitchens and bathrooms installations to include the supply of bathrooms and any associated works. The installers will be required to utilise a Kitchen supply contract that will be set up by Midland Heart prior to the commencement of this contract. This contract will be for a 3 year duration with an option to extend annually for a maximum period of 24 months. The contract scope is for all of Midland Hearts properties across a wide geographical spread (Appendix 5). The volume of work will be split equally among the three contractors for the first year of contract commencement, volume of work from years two to five will be based on the achievement of the KPI’s. Applicants are advised TUPE will apply to this contract and further details will be provided at ITT stage. Total value below is per contractor and for the life of the contract and is an estimate. The contract scope is for all of Midland Heart's properties across a wide geographical spread. The volume of work will be split equally among the 3 contractors for the first year of contract commencement, volume of work from years 2 to 5 will be based on the achievement of the KPI’s. Contract value detailed is per supplier for the maximum duration of the contract (5 years)and is an approximation given the information that is available to us.
