The North West London Health and Care Partnership (‘the Partnership’) is seeking to improve digital and remote access to mental health support for children and young people (CYP) across eight boroughs, supporting the mental health of young people and their families across NW London. The partnership organisations involved in this market engagement exercise are: — NHS Brent Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS Hillingdon Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group — NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group — Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust — West London NHS Foundation Trust. The partnership is keen to consider suggestions of digital service solutions that best meet the objectives, as described in the draft specification. This notice relates to the partnership's intention to award a contract, with an indicative contract value of up to GBP 525 000 per annum, for 3 years, with the possibility of a further option to extend for up to an additional 2 years. It is placed to facilitate early engagement with potential providers, informing the development of their requirements and relates only to a pre-procurement Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ), seeking the views and opinions of organisations that may be interested in delivering the service. The partnership will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the Partnership will consider in due course. Participation in this market engagement activity is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement, however the responses will inform the partnership with regards to the level of market interest.
