Tender description

NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG wishes to procure a Mental Health Recovery and Employment Service (MHRE). The contract will commence on the 1 April 2021 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG. The service will cover Birmingham and Solihull (including West Birmingham). NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG wishes to procure a mental health recovery and employment service (MHRE). The service will cover Birmingham and Solihull (including West Birmingham). Lot 1 will be for IPS employment support services and will have a fixed contract value of GBP 4 358 640 (excluding VAT) for the initial 3-year period. Lot 2 will be for mental health recovery centres and will have a fixed contract value of GBP 3 815 000 (excluding VAT) for the initial 3-year period. It should be noted that this is the total value for all Recovery Centres). The service is a schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an open process.
