Tender description

1.1 The Authority is looking for suppliers for Future Waste Arisings Project to review methods used by Defra for forecasting and projecting waste arisings in England, and to propose and develop approaches (methods and processes) for improving short (<5 years) to long-term (>30 years) predictions of future waste arisings. To also explore approaches for predicting future waste arisings for sources of waste outside of the scope of current Defra forecasts and projections e.g. construction, demolition and excavation waste. It is expected that the successful bidder will have previous experience / understanding of models in the waste arisings market.
