Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) collects bicycles from members of the public at all 9 of its recycling centres. PKC wishes to recruit organisations, to collect, repair, re-use and distribute the bicycles. There will be no financial payment from, or to, PKC for the bicycles. The bicycles or associated activities must provide environmental, social or financial benefit to the local community. Opportunity for organisations to uplift bicycles from Perth & Kinross Council Recycling Centres.
