Tender description

This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. FCDO’s immediate past programme is the Kenya Devolution Support Programme that was implemented from December 2015 – December 2019. FCDO’s assistance has been provided through multilateral agencies and a not -for -profit contractor, strengthening the capacity of these agencies, governments and non-state actors in public financial management, public participation, civic engagement, inter-governmental relations, inclusive approaches to development, county planning and performance management, human resource management and climate change and disaster management. The EME is convened to discuss and outline the selection process for the non-profit led consortium. Through an EME, FCDO Kenya aims to seek feedback from potential partners on our likely approach and to determine the likely market interest in bidding for this type of work. The EME process is intended to promote a transparent dialogue between FCDO and interested parties on approaches to improve devolution in Kenya, achieve value for money, harness innovation and capitalise on opportunities for collaboration amongst partners.
