External evaluation of the Ports, Past and Present project

Tender description

The aim of the first external project evaluation will be to establish baseline data on the current employment levels and tourist numbers in the five ports, and to assess the existing networks linking the five ports. This will will be pivotal in shaping the work of the project, and also help the project partners to refine and finalise the methodology through which the end-of-project external evaluation will be undertaken The same tender recipient will carry out an end-of-project evaluation to test the effectiveness of the project. This will be used to provide a summative assessment of the success of the operation in meeting the key objectives and achievement of the formal Ireland Wales indicator targets.
