Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint Employer’s Agent Services for the redevelopment of Winton Health Centre, 29-31 Alma Road, Bournemouth, BH9 1BP. The current proposal is for the redevelopment of a 4-storey mixed use building, with associated wrap around car parking. There is a Health Centre on the ground floor, with residential units on the upper floors. The employers agent role includes ensuring that all requirements of the Build Contract, Pre- Contract Services and Post Contract Services are adhered to. Including: the receiving and/ or issuing of applications, consents, instructions, notices, requests, statements or otherwise acting for us under the Building Contract.
