Tender description

Norfolk County Council recognises and values the importance of accurate transport data and the role it plays in providing residents with high quality scheduled and real-time travel information in order to facilitate and encourage safe and accessible travel around the county for work and leisure purposes. The Council is seeking a Data Broker partner to provide a hosted centralised data repository with the ability to ingest transport and any related data standards, create an accurate, up-to-date model of the entire transport network and output a single-source of truth to power downstream systems. Norfolk County Council wishes to procure a pre-existing system i.e. we do not want to procure the development of a system. Bidders will need to provide a demonstration of their system.
