Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Royal Borough) is pleased to offer an opportunity for a contractor to develop the site in Kidbrooke Park Road by building new Council homes and a Nursery. The works will include the construction of four buildings between 4-10 storeys to provide 117 No zero carbon, modular, residential units (100 % social rent) (Use Class C3) together with the provision of a nursery (417 m2), community space (47 m2) (Use Class D1), associated public realm, play space, accessible parking spaces and the re-provision of a substation. The site is owned and managed by the Royal Borough.
