Tender description

Client Representative Services to include Employers Representative / Employers Agent (Technical) / Employers Agent (Financial) for Connaught Street, Phibsboro, Dublin 7 and for the establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Focus Housing Association. The full Client's Representative Services include: - Employer's Representative under the Design and Build Contract with responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the Contract throughout. - Project Management support to Focus Housing Association managing the project. -Act as Employers Agent (Technical) to provide Technical/Engineers advice, support and certification to Focus Housing Association -Act as Employer's Agent (Financial) to provide Contract and Cost Management support formalities to Focus Housing Association including negotiating and managing certified payments, Change Orders and overall Final Account, etc.
