Tender description

Erbringung der Arbeiten für die Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen für das Schulzentrum Freiherr-vom-Stein in Rösrath. Die Stadt Rösrath möchte das Schulzentrum Freiherr-vom-Stein in Rösrath durch Erweiterung und Sanierung umstrukturieren. Ziel ist es, bestehende Schulgebäude mit rd. 22 000 qm BGF zu sanieren und einen Neubau mit ca. 2 600 qm BGF zu errichten, in dem die Mensa, Räumlichkeiten für den gebundenen Ganztagsbetrieb und Fachräume untergebracht werden. Die Ausschreibung und Vergabe der Bauleistungen erfolgt gewerkeweise. Vorliegend werden die Frei- und Verkehrsanlagen ausgeschrieben.
