Works The works comprises 1. Works to and upgrade the existing Community Centre known as Anex Hall. This will include the stripping out of the inside of the building only with exception to the ceiling. 2. Construction of new flooring throughout as per attached detail. 3. Existing internal drainage rerouted as to accommodate 2no WCs. Aco Drains installed externally to exit locations. 4. All new internal walls to be timber stud construction. All joinery, Plastering, skim and painting to be included also. 5. Building insulated in the floors, walls and ceiling. 6. Exiting Exit door 3 relocated as per drawing. Additional Windows to be installed were noted. 7. Existing location of the services area to be relocated. Floor drain to be installed to facilitate this move. Gas boiler heating system to be installed. 8. Ramped Access to Existing Main Entrance. Footpath and levels access to each entrance included. 9. Additional Windows and doors 10. All electrics within the community centre to be up graded. 11. 2no Disabled WCs installed as per Disabled Access Specification.
