Why the Work is Being Done The audit will test the website against the AA standard of WCAG2.1 and note where it meets AAA standard. The audit will also test to ensure the site meets the legislative requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Problem to Be Solved The website is managed by Ipsos Mori for NHS England and is required to comply with the legislative requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 by 23 September or as soon as possible thereafter. Who Are the Users As a patient I want to know how my GP practice is doing. As a health professional I want to know about the experience of patients at various GP practices and be able to compare and analyse the results. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team The supplier will be working for NHS England Insight and Feedback team but may also be liaising and supporting Ipsos Mori and their web company Kicktag Websolutions Ltd. Current Phase Live Work Location The work will take place remotely using videoconferencing etc where necessary. Working Arrangments The work will be undertaken remotely although video conferencing will be available for contact.
