TD1560 - For Inclusion on a Framework for the Provision of Vehicle Accident Damage Repair Services

PROJECT ABANDONED - NOT AWARDED - TO BE READVERTISED ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Tenders are invited for inclusion on the framework for a Vehicle Accident Damage Repair Service. The key requirement will be to provide a vehicle accident damage repair service to cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5T Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). This Service will include vehicle body repairs and minor electrical repairs. There may also be elements of mechanical work that the Council requires the Service Provider to undertake. These will be incidental to damage repair rather than "stand alone" items of mechanical work. The Framework will be let for an initial period of three years; the Framework is estimated to commence 01/11/2020 and expire 31/10/2023. There will be an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months. Maximum contract term including extensions is four years. The maximum budget for this contract is £150,000 Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 12 October 2020.
