S100 Description of the service. 101 The service is the supply and application of; • High friction surfacing. • Coloured surfacing. • Other services offered by the Contractor as directed by the Service Manager. 102 The service is provided as follows; • Delivery of the annual plan. • Delivery of individual task orders as instructed by the Service Manager. 103 The Contractor assists the Client to achieve its objectives as set out in the StreetCare Business Plan. 104 If requested by the Service Manager, the Contractor provides the Client with information and assistance reasonably required to enable the Client to liaise with and report to stakeholders including but not limited to; • Elected Members and the Council’s Cabinet. • Central and Regional Government. • Council Committees and Management Boards. • Neighbouring authorities and other highways authorities. • The public and users of the highways network. • Local Community Groups, Parish/Town Councils and other stakeholders. • The media provided that the Contractor does not report or provide information directly to the media without the prior written permission of the Client. • Local, regional and national benchmarking data relevant to the services.
