Tender description

West Lothian Council wish to conduct market research for the delivery of a Robotics Process Automation Software Solution. Suppliers are required to complete the attached questionnaire. This PIN is being utilised for market research purposes only. The council intends issuing an ITT within the next 6 months. It should be noted, the council may utilise an existing framework to obtain the software solution. The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information which will be used to inform the procurement strategy for the procurement of a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Software Solution. By enabling business process automation based on software robots/artificial intelligence (AI) workers, we believe such a solution will support WLC’s Digital Strategy and wider transformation programme.
