In compliance with the statutory regulation for checks through the DBS application, the Royal Borough of Kingston is looking to renew the current system and would like to invite interested providers of this solution to participate in our commissioning process in deciding options to explore by submitting a proposal to the Soft Market Testing. What is e.Bulk? e.Bulk is an electronic administrative application system which allows applicants requiring DBS clearance to submit their personal data securely online to the Disclosure and Barring Service. It is important to maintain the balance between cost efficiency and quality of service delivery. The system will be used by The Royal Borough of Kingston, London Borough of Sutton and London Borough of Merton, the system is required to deliver the processing of DBS checks that are timely, accurate and cost effective. Quality advice and guidance to key clients such as schools is considered the norm and any future solution needs to address how it best satisfies customers expectations.
