RFP for the provision of HACCP, VACCP and TACCP training programmes for the food and drink sector.

Food Drink Ireland Skillnet have a requirement to procure a training provider to ensure employees within our member companies have the appropriate knowledge and skills in the area of food safety systems. In this regard, education programmes will need to support learners regarding the establishment and/or ongoing management and implementation of formal food safety systems within their business. As members of Food Drink Ireland Skillnet vary in size and education requirements in this area, we are looking for one provider to provide a range of HACCP, VACCP and TACCP programmes that can meet the varying needs of our member companies. The programmes required will need to vary from shorter learning interventions (introductions / refreshers) to longer and more detailed programmes regarding the design, development and on-going management of food safety systems. The option of certification is ideal, but not essential in all requirements. Finally, the ability to deliver these programmes online, and ensure learning impacts are met, is very important.
