Planned and preventative maintenance and repair call out for the University's CCTV Systems at Durham and Queen's Campus Stockton. The intention of this work is to provide a complete maintenance and repair call out service for CCTV systems installed within properties under the ownership/control of Durham University. The service contractor shall provide all the necessary plant, labour and materials for the satisfactory execution of this maintenance contract. The service contractor shall provide all the necessary plant, labour and materials for the satisfactory execution of this maintenance contract. The service contractor shall carryout 6 monthly maintenance/service work to the CCTV systems/installations within University premises as detailed in the schedule and the specification, and in accordance with the current British Standards and codes of practice. The service contractor shall provide a 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year reactive fault call out support service for all CCTV systems/installations within the University premises as detailed in the schedule and the specification, and in accordance with the current British Standards and codes of practice.
