The services to be provided include but are not limited to the following: 1. Specialist Consultancy Services on Letting / Leasing / Disposal Strategy for Development. 2. Advisory Services associated with Financial Modelling, Maintenance / Services Charges etc. 3. Marketing of Development in association with Marketing Specialist. 4. Liaison with Contracting Authority appointed Design Teams on designs for Development.
