Tender description

The Service Provider, in consultation with Courts Service staff, will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and support of all the building facilities listed in the RFT document. This will involve the coordination and management of a range of contractors and suppliers who are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, servicing and repair of systems. The Service Provider will be required to maintain the building to a high standard of efficiency while at the same time having due regard to the operating environment and in particular the need to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted continuation of court business..
