Tender description

The Department for the Economy require a graphic design, artwork and print management service. The contractor will be required to produce and print to a target audience as advised by PCB visual design concepts and imagery that are in keeping with the Department’s corporate identity and accessibility guidelines whilst at all times demonstrating imaginative and creative thinking. Through this the contractor will be required to deliver a flexible, high-quality service while achieving best value for money for the public purse. In all cases the client will own the rights to all design, documents and artwork delivered under any work commissioned.
