Tender description

Phase II involves the Installation of a commercial kitchen including a training kitchen, floor and wall finishes throughout and external landscaping including the erection of a sheltered canopy along walking routes to and from the front office building and the cafe/training kitchen building. A small extension will be constructed to the rear of the front office building and a universal access platform lift will be installed to the front of the office building. A new larger bore gas line will also be installed to the cafe training kitchen including a new gas space heating boiler and hot water boiler to serve the cafe/training kitchen building. Some weathering repairs are also noted in two places 1. On the main front office building at roof level to party gable wall and chimney 2. At the location of a previous chimney to the rear of the main office building. with making good noted to effected walls internally Upgrade in fire rating is also required to the ceiling at first floor level of the main office building
