Legal Services Framework 2021

Tender description

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (the "Council") wishes to establish a Legal Services Framework Panel (the "Framework") of experienced solicitors ("Advisors") to provide legal services to the Council. The Framework will also be available to South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive. The services required are set out in more detail in the specification attached at Section1- Part B Specification (the "Service"). It is anticipated that the Framework contract will commence on the 1st December 2020 and will run for an initial three years, until the 30th November 2023. There is an option to extend the Framework by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council.
