City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (‘The Council’) is seeking to commission a service which: provides an alternative to respite in a care home for people with identified social care needs and their carers using personal budgets support for people and their carers who can self fund to plan for holidays. The provider will identify, source, arrange and make bookings on behalf of disabled people, unpaid carers and the people they support to access a wide range and mixture of free, discounted and full cost breaks and socialising activities.
