NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 September 2020 for the following reason: Extension of tender deadline to new closing date of 05/10 at 1400(Construction of 2 car parks on disused sites along Dunstable Road. The scope consists of the construction, including but not limited to: · Site strip and demolition of existing outhouse · Construction of 2 car parks, car park A consisting of 85 bays, and car park B consisting of 122 bays · M&E works including new barriers and required electrical connections · Surface water drainage including soakaways) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
