Tender description

Westminster City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of right of light to schemes within the borough. The framework agreement will be for 4 years and call-off will be via taxi ranking system with option to run a mini competition for complex project at the councils discretion. The estimated contract value will be GBP 1.4 million for the duration of the framework agreement. The framework will have maximum of three (3) suppliers from first to third in order of their scores after evaluation and call-off will be in that order. An order or request for a right of light will go to the first contractor on the framework and the next order will go to the second contractor and third order will go to the third contractor. It will continue in that taxi rank order.
