BWC Management Services Ltd (a company wholly owned by BWC NHSFT and forms part of the Birmingham Women's and Children's Group of organisations) wishes to engage with suppliers interested in its requirement for a customer experience and helpdesk Portal for its vital services operations. BWC Management Services Ltd (a company wholly owned by BWC NHSFT and forms part of the Birmingham Women's and Children's Group of organisations) wishes to engage with suppliers interested in its requirement for a customer experience and helpdesk Portal for its vital services operations. The vital service operations cover facilities, estates and medical engineering services. These currently operate separate customer service and helpdesk and authority aims to have a single customer service and helpdesk portal covering all service elements. The authority wishes to engage with suppliers interested in this requirement. The authority has prepared an outline specification of objectives and a set of outline requirements and requests that interested suppliers provide indication of how they would envisage fulfilling these requirements. The purpose of this exercise is to allow the authority to assess the capabilities of the market and to refine its specification and approach to the procurement of this requirement.
