EUX Reporting Officer

Tender description

Working within the Portfolio Office, this role will drive forward the delivery of quality data analysis and reporting outputs therefrom. The post holder will support the delivery of reporting services that include, but are not limited to: - Co-ordinate production of the monthly reports for internal and external customers and ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Quality assure and challenge the project teams reporting via Delivery Advisors and Business Partners to follow agreed processes. - Collate and integrate reporting data from projects / programme to produce management information in plain English. - Maintain accurate databases to support trend analysis and provision of ad-hoc reports or analysis. - Support lessons learnt reviews and the dissemination of findings within the Delivery Advisors to ensure continuous improvement in the reporting function. - Maintain data gathered from the projects / programme, ensuring it is relevant, up to date and to be able to answer ad-hoc requests.
